Issue during OspreyFit process

Hi Frederic,

files_ref must have the same TE as your metabolite data (for eddy-current correction).
files_w can have shorter TE, which means there is less T2 weighting on the water signal.

If you don’t have files_w, Osprey will still provide relaxation-corrected, water-scaled metabolite level estimates (based on files_ref).

Does that make sense?

Crystal clear!
Thanks guys.

Hi @Frederic,

I did just deploy a fix to GitHub that should allow you to handle subjects with files_w but without files_ref.

Nice works, it will be now possible to use sequence like ERETIC or other.
Thanks @Helge .

Fred

Do you have ERETIC data to do testing on @Frederic?

Cheers,
Georg

Hi @admin,

I am working in the lab of one of the guy who create ERETIC (Laurent Barantin), so I can ask him.

Do you want the data, or do you want I test them with Osprey?

Hi @Frederic,

I’ve never seen real-life ERETIC data, but I’d be curious to integrate the option to process it into Osprey. If you have data and analysis code that you and Laurent would be willing to share, that would be a great basis to start from.

Georg
