Basis set dual TE PRESS PHILIPS

Hello !

Need a Basis set including 2HG and cystathionine for LC model analysis of dual TE 32+65 = 97ms unedited optimized PRESS sequence in a Philips Ingenia 3T machine.

Tried in MRSCLOUD and downloaded basis sets for TE=97ms, which after processing in LC model resulted in two different plots showing TE=32ms both, but totally different values of concentrations etc.

So I am not sure what to evaluate ?

Am I doing something wrong in LCMGUI or do I need other basis sets and run separate the TE1 and TE2 ?

Could you please help me, as I am totally new in LC model and there is no other person here in Greece having experience with LC model analyses ?

Hi Vasilis,

MRSCloud does not support adjusting TE1 - it can, as of now, only generate the vendor-default sequences, which are designed to minimize TE1.

However, we are routinely using the setup you’re using (32/65 ms on a Philips 3T system - Achieva, but it shouldn’t make too much of a difference), and I’m happy to share the basis set (and LCModel control files etc.) with you.
