Hi,

I’d like to list a tool for spectroscopy data conversion to NIfTI.

spec2nii is a command-line tool for converting MRS and MRSI data from a variety of formats to NIfTI + JSON format. The tool is written in python and currently handles formats from Siemens and Bruker with limited functionality for Philips and GE.

As I hope the tool will be in development for the foreseeable future could this just be listed and not forked yet?

Thanks, this looks like an awesome tool that will certainly be super useful to converge to a standardized format!

I’ve added it to the ‘Input/Output’ category of the software listing. Let me know if you think it should also be in other categories.
