Convert basis from LCModel .basis to FSL-MRS .json

Hi all,
I would like to convert basis from LCModel (*.basis) to the json format that FSL-MRS uses. The LCModel basis file was attached.

Here is the commend I use on FSL-MRS
basis_tools convert press_te30.basis .

However, the error message shown my basis is an encrypted version.
“fsl_mrs.utils.mrs_io.lcm_io.EncryptedBasisError: This is an encrypted LCModel basis. Please consider using a basis specific to your sequence.”

Any suggestion is very welcome.
Thanks.

The only encrypted basis sets I’m aware of are from the LCModel website. It is unclear how they were generated (no one knows which scanner or exact sequence details), and they may not be suitable for your particular sequence.

I would recommend that you either look for basis sets here (the collection from Christoph Juchem’s group comes to mind), simulate through MRSCloud (link to MRICloud), or look into the various simulation tools (FID-A, MARSS, GAMMA, etc.). I believe FSL-MRS comes with its own simulation tools, too.
