Discrepancy between tCr ratio and raw water-scaled measurements

Hi experts,

What’s your advice if analysis using tCr is different from those using water-scaled measurements?
(For example, tNAA and tCho are significantly different between group 1 and 2 using measurements from tCr ratio, but only tNAA is significant using water-scaled results)
