Error in Gannet Co-Registration and Segmentation with Siemens .rda Files

Hello everyone,

I’m a new user of Gannet, currently working on voxel co-registration and segmentation with single-voxel Siemens .rda format data. When I attempt to use GannetCoRegStandAlone or the batch script (Gannet Batch Script Documentation), I encounter the following error:

“Index exceeds the number of array elements. Index must not exceed 4.”

This error occurs consistently, and I haven’t been able to identify a solution. Has anyone else encountered this issue, or could you provide any advice on how to resolve it?

Resolved: I found the issue was actually due to SPM12 compatibility with MATLAB 2022b, not Gannet. Updating SPM12 to a version compatible with MATLAB 2022b fixed the problem. Posting this here in case it helps anyone else facing a similar issue.
