Hey everyone,
I’m a medical doctorate in a Neuropsychiatry and Neuroimaging Lab and we use FSL-MRS for our spectroscopy data. The analysis takes some time and I can not run it on my own Macbook, so we wanted to create a Dockerimage for fsl_mrs to run the analysis on our servers.
Since I am new to this topic and get an error message every time I try to run my script in the container, I wanted to ask if anyone here has experience with fsl or fsl_mrs in a container or even created a working docker image.
I would be very grateful for your help.
