I’m a student who is new to MRS analysis in general and I am trying to use FSL-MRS for my analysis.
I’ve ran into an issue with the spec2nii function. I am using Siemens RDA files that I am trying to convert to nifti with spec2nii rda.
I’ve ran spec2nii twix before and then I specified the image with the -e flag. But with the spec2nii rda the -e flag is not recognized. Does anyone know how else I can specify my data?
Since I was unsure which data my file contains I also tried to use the -v flag but this also does not work on my rda file.
