GUI errors when excluding spectra

Hi @Helge,

I’m running into two errors when I exclude spectra.

  1. If I exclude the datasets within the GUI, I get the following error message when I try to view the metabolite distributions by group (e.g., Glu TissCorrWaterScaled).

  2. If I load a MRSCont file that has excluded datasets, then I get the following error message when opening the GUI. Rerunning OspreyQuantify and OspreyOverview unfortunately does not fix this error.
