Help improving aligment and fitting in MEGA-PRESS data in Osprey

Hello everyone!

I’m relatively new to MRS and I’m finding Osprey very smooth overall. However, I’m trying to improve the alignment and fitting of data from mpfc Siemens MEGA-PRESS (TE 68ms). The NAA peak still seems too wide in the processed data and the diff spectra modelling doesn’t look good either with too much noise. Based on what I’ve read so far, including some of the papers recommended in this forum, the parameters that I’m using are as follow:

I’m attaching two datasets with these parameters. I’ve moved several parameters around (e.g., MM3co models, including default vs full metabolites, including short TE, L1vsL2norm) but they don’t seem to improve the fitting. The only one that does make a little improvement is selecting “none” for SpecReg.

Is there a way to improve alignment and fitting with the obtained data by modifying something else in Osprey? or this likely to be an issue with how the data was obtained?
