I have been having some trouble with the AMARES quantitation in jMRUI, I’m still new to MRS and was hoping you all might be able to provide some insight.
I was initially allowing AMARES to estimate the overall phase of my data, though I noticed that it sets the individual phase of each peak to zero (see photo below).
I realized that, if I fix the overall phases to zero, AMARES will estimate the individual phase of each peak. Unfortunately, doing this will also cause it to not calculate the standard deviation for any of the results (see photo below).
Is there something I can do to ensure AMARES both estimates the individual phase and calculates the standard deviation?
