This is what LCModel returns when I try to load one of my 1H-MRS acquisitions; it was acquired on our 9.4T Bruker scanner.
The following fatal error(s) occurred while trying to convert your Bruker file, /data/test_03/NAA/pv2tsdata/1/fid:
nunfilndcolsndrows*ndslic != npairs
nunfil = 2048
ndcols = 1
ndrows = 1
ndslic = 1
npairs = 4096
You probably selected the wrong type of file. Click on “Retry” below to try selecting again.
I opened the Bruker fid file to check its parameters, but the inconsistency was not there. Before that, I also converted it to a RAW file using FID-A, but it did not help.
Does anyone have any idea?
