LCModel reference water intensity

Hi all!

Does anyone have a modification of the LCModel code to make it report the unsuppressed water intesity?
Or maybe just a tip which variable contains this value?

Hi Andrei,

Yes, it’s a field called h2oarea in the .print output file. You have to enable that output by adding LPRINT = 6 to your control file.

EDIT: The field is called Area of the unsuppressed water peak, not h2oarea - see below.

I could not find it as the h2oarea in the “print” file, but found the “Area of unsuppressed water peak”.

You’re of course completely right - I had briefly searched our Osprey repository but didn’t peek far enough inside the print file reading function - sorry for that :wink:
