I am modifying the function osp_onOffClassifyHERMES.m to discard any GSH ON spectra from my HERMES sequences and use only GABA ON/OFF for calculating GABA. Before running my new job in Osprey, are there any other functions or settings I need to adjust to make sure i am correct with the processing steps?
