The CSI data is in nifti2 format. I want to align spectroscopic voxels and image voxels. Is there any relevant information to support this?
I tried changing the flag in Ospery, but it still doesn’t work.
How can I generate a mask file during the segmentation and register (overlay) process? I only have axial MRI structural images as well as single-voxel and multi-voxel spectra, all converted to NifTI files. I have tried Osprey and FSL-MRS software, but the register process is confusing to me. Is there any relevant information available?
