Is it possible to use Osprey to analyze MRS data for other parts of the body than the brain, for example skeletal muscle spectra?
Osprey is currently quite strongly geared towards proton brain data. For the processing, I suppose it would be possible to add flags that bypass some of the routines (particularly for spectral alignment and phasing) or do some more appropriate things (much like LCModel does). Fitting (and quantification) would require a bit more input/modification and I haven’t really done a lot of body stuff myself.
