Hello,
I have mega-press data from a Philips 3T scanner and I want to calculate GABA as well as glutamate for my study. The data is exported as dicoms and converted to svs.nii-files using spec2nii.
I can load the mrs and the water files without any problems in Osprey 2.9.1 (except that I manually have to define the path for the basis set). But when I run the segmentation I get the error message:
“Vendor not supported. Please contact the Osprey team (gabamrs@gmail.com).Error using OspreySeg”
Looking at MRSCont.vendor, I can see that it is empty. My json-file from the convertion has registered “Philips Medical Systems” and the model name “Achieva dStream”, so the information is available.
If I manually change MRSCont.vendor to Philips I can run the segmentation, however.
My lab has processed the same data before but with an older version of Osprey, so I wonder if it is something that is wrong with the newer versions?
All the best,
Jonatan
