I’m trying to collect some data from the striatum and as you can imagine the linewidth is quite broad. Scouring the forums has suggested to try a sequential approach (whole head, followed by VOI). I was wondering if anyone would be able to provide some step by step instructions on how to do this on a Siemens VE. The most basic question being how to switch from shimming the whole brain to just the VOI (I am assuming there is a setting I have missed somewhere).
