Siemens unedited PRESS TE=144ms MRSCloud job error

Hi all,

I am trying to simulate a basis set to implement in Osprey for a Siemens 3T unedited PRESS at TE=144ms using MRSCloud, and I am getting MATLAB badsubscript errors (see attached job log). To start with, I’ve selected all metabolites except the exogenous compounds.

Has anyone else come across this and is there a quick fix?

Hi Georgia,
I have had the same error, but some metabolites later. I have the feeling, that at the moment some modifications at MRScloud are done. Recently I couldn’t simulate anything because an access to a file was denied and the number of exogenous compounds is also changing (e.g. see *PB4 and the metabolite isn’t there).

Hi both,

Thanks for reporting these problems. I don’t think we’ll be able to make a quick fix while everyone’s at ISMRM, but I’ve asked the folks who run the MRICloud web interface that MRSCloud sits behind if they can roll back to a previous version (Heiner is right, there have been some small changes).
