Is there a way to generate a time series of spectra for analysis in Osprey from MEGA PRESS data consisting of for example 1024 FID’s? The 1024 FID’s might for example be used to generate 16 MRS files with 64 transients each. Our scanner is a recent 3T GE scanner, and we have the AMRSP package.
Not at this point. We’re planning to get into fMRS options with a new 2D model we have under development, but this will take a while to get where you need it to be. What you can try and do is manually split your GE file with spec2nii and the nifti-mrs tools.
