I would like to build a custom Braino phantom containing only 12.5 mM NAA. I have two questions. 1) How to stabilize the pH at 7.2? Online literature reported using 50 mM potassium phosphate monobasic (KH2PO4) and 56 mM sodium hydroxide (NaOH). I don’t think that combination gives us that pH. 2) Is it fine if I omit the sodium azide if I only use that phantom for a short period of time?
