Hi,
I’m trying to analyze hyperpolarized 13C MR spectroscopy with AMARES implemented in OXSA. There are mainly two peaks, one peak is very high, the other peak is about 1/50 times in magnitude.
I often find that, the high peak can be fitted pretty well while the low peak is vulnerable to error. Any suggestions how to make the algorithm detect low peak more accurately?
