Voxel tissue individual values output?

Hi all,

Is there a way to output the voxel tissue values (GM, WM and CSF) for all subjects in one job file in a table? I haven’t been able to find that info in the output files or any other post here with the same question. Am I missing something?

Hi @AndreiaPereira,

you can find a tsv table with all tissue fractions in the derivatives folder (derivatives/SegMaps/TissueFractions_Voxel_1.tsv).
