Will Ospery support bruker format?

Dear developer,
Ospery is a useful and nice software, but it seems to only support human data and not include Bruker data. Will you have a plan to develop another function for Bruker system users? Or is it possible to modify your code for Bruker data? Thank you.

Hi,

Yes, we’re not doing pre-clinical MRS ourselves and don’t have a Bruker. It is certainly possible to add a Bruker loader, but we’d also need to get access to the sequences to simulate appropriate basis sets. Get in touch via DM or e-mail please if you would like to collaborate.
