I’m running in to the attached error below.
It runs fine for the first 30 subjects. The error happens on the last subject. Posting the process output as well.

This suggests that LCModel wasn’t able to complete the fit. Did it produce all the LCModel result files (.ps, .table, .print etc.) for this particular dataset? (Check in the ‘LCModelOutput’ folder of your output directory). If not, LCModel has likely failed altogether. There should at least be a .ps file though - can you post the content?
